Giant thank yous to all my followers, and those who have reblogged my work. You keep me encouraged and itching to get out and shoot. I passed the 100 follower mark sometime during the night, and am now at 114. This milestone is amazing to me since less than two weeks ago I was sitting at just over 30. Thanks again.

Remember last summer, that patch of days before the fourth
when it rained just enough every night to leech the heat from stucco
and macadam, and early risers sweeping back curtains
saw a green magnified a million times over by drops of water
soon to die as the day faded into being?
